CalWORKs works to build strong families by helping parents reach their career potential. If you are a student parent with limited income, we鈥檙e here to support you as you pursue your education and career goals at 海角社区.

You are eligible to receive CalWORKs services if you currently receive TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and plan to attend or already attend Foothill.

• Case management and tracking of student progress.

• Book vouchers, transportation assistance, and educational supplies.

• Work-study opportunities.

• Counselors and staff familiar with WTW (Welfare-to-Work) requirements and regulations.

• Job development and placement support.

CalWORKs at 海角社区 is part of the

OTI supports CalWORKs and WIOA-eligible students enrolled in Career Technical Education programs at both Foothill and De Anza Colleges. We also partner with select employers to provide interns and connect them with qualified employees.
