Share Your News with the Foothill Community
The Marketing & Public Relations Department manages two weekly announcements that help keep our campus informed and connected:

Student鈥檚 Message for enrolling students 鈥 Sent every Monday, this email highlights upcoming events, student resources, workshops, and key campus updates.

Parliament for faculty and staff 鈥 Sent every Thursday or Friday, this newsletter keeps faculty and staff informed about important news, events, and college initiatives.
Both newsletters provide a quick snapshot of what鈥檚 happening at Foothill each week鈥攆rom fairs and lectures to student opportunities and campus celebrations.
How to Submit an Announcement
To include your announcement in the Student鈥檚 Message, Parliament, Social Media, or Dynasign screens, please submit a under the Announcements category.
When submitting, be sure to include:

The announcement details (date, time, location, description)

A URL or call-to-action link for more information or registration

An optional image following the correct specifications (see below)
